Location: On-site, Guiguinto, Bulacan, Central Luzon, Philippines


Job Summary:

Dragon Royale Gaming and Development Corp. is seeking an accomplished Casino General Manager to join our team in Guiguinto, Bulacan. This dynamic, office-based role is ideal for a driven leader with a strong grasp of casino operations and a passion for excellence. As the primary liaison with PAGCOR and Casino Filipino, you will oversee all aspects of our casino’s day-to-day management and strategic growth.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and mentor our team by driving recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives.

• Direct the planning and execution of casino projects, including regulatory compliance, permit and license acquisition, construction, procurement, operational setup, and expansion.

• Serve as the main Point of Contact and Authorized Representative to PAGCOR and Casino Filipino, ensuring strict regulatory compliance.

• Spearhead innovative marketing and promotional strategies to attract guests, working closely with the Marketing Department to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.

• Oversee daily operations by coordinating with internal departments and the PAGCOR Branch Manager, ensuring seamless workflows and exceptional guest service.

• Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures that drive operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.

• Collaborate with the Finance Manager to monitor financial stability, analyze performance, and optimize profitability through informed budgeting and reporting.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the casino industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.

• In-depth knowledge of casino operations, regulatory frameworks, and management best practices.

• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns within the gaming sector.

• Outstanding leadership, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to work onsite in Guiguinto, Bulacan, six days a week.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in additional languages.

• Experience leading large-scale casino expansions or renovations.

• Familiarity with regional gaming industry trends and best practices.
