Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.
• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to support business objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and track key performance metrics.
• Translate data findings into clear, concise written and verbal reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in strategic decision-making by providing timely, data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy across multiple reporting platforms.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve analytical processes and reporting efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MySQL with demonstrated experience in complex querying and data management.
• Strong expertise in data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Hands-on experience in data cleaning, processing, and exploratory data analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering high-quality work on time.
• Self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and analytical problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with cloud-based data sources and storage solutions.
• Background in supporting global teams and large-scale data projects.
• Advanced certification in data analytics or business intelligence tools.
