Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize gameplay systems and features using the Godot Game Engine.
- Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other developers to deliver polished and engaging player experiences.
- Architect and maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented codebases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the evaluation and selection of technical solutions and tools related to the Godot ecosystem.
- Mentor and support team members in best practices, Godot workflows, and robust coding standards.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Deep expertise with the Godot Game Engine (GDScript, C#, or VisualScript).
- Proven track record of shipping commercial or high-quality independent titles using Godot.
- Strong understanding of 2D/3D game development pipelines, asset integration, and performance optimization.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal form.
- Experience collaborating in a remote, distributed team environment.
