Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clean and sanitize assigned rooms, communal areas, and facilities in accordance with established standards
2. Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure impeccable appearance
3. Change bed linens, make beds, and manage laundry duties efficiently and accurately
4. Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning agents to maintain readiness
5. Remove waste promptly, practicing proper waste management and recycling procedures
6. Report maintenance issues or damages immediately to supervisors for timely resolution
7. Support event setups and daily operations by organizing and preparing spaces as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a caring approach to interactions
2. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
3. Working knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment
4. Excellent attention to detail and strong time management abilities
5. Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and professionalism
6. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing
7. Integrity, reliability, and a trustworthy work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in hotel, facility management, or residential housekeeping environments
2. Basic knowledge of laundry and fabric care best practices
3. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed
