Key Responsibilities:

• Champion Agile principles and serve as a servant leader for the team.
• Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Proactively identify and remove project blockers to drive progress and productivity.
• Guide the team in continuous process improvement and Agile adoption.
• Foster a culture of transparency, psychological safety, and open communication.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and objectives.
• Track and report on key Agile metrics to ensure project delivery and team performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Active Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience facilitating Agile/Scrum teams in a remote setting.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on deliverables and timelines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities—your clarity and empathy set you apart.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively remove impediments and support team success.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum practices, and software development lifecycles.
• Proven track record of fostering high-performing, collaborative teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as an Agile coach or with scaling Agile across multiple teams.
• Background in product development or technical project management.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile tools and metrics tracking platforms.
