Job Summary

Join our customer's team as an Indonesian Voice Actor and contribute your talent to an innovative project with a leading AI lab client. In this role, you will deliver high-quality vocal recordings in Indonesian for AI training purposes, requiring both technical expertise and emotional expression.

Note: It is highly preferred that you participate in the interview using your best audio equipment and full recording setup, as you will be asked to perform an emotional reading with your gear during the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record clear, professional-quality Indonesian audio clips for AI model development.
  • Deliver authentic performances across various scripts, expressing a range of emotions and tones as directed.
  • Collaborate remotely with project coordinators and audio engineers to meet specific prompt requirements and feedback.
  • Maintain consistent availability to contribute at least 20 hours per week to the recording schedule.
  • Uphold technical and performance standards by utilizing your own professional-grade audio equipment and in-home recording setup.
  • Provide accurate written and verbal communication to ensure alignment on project details and deliverables.
  • Participate in remote interviews and assessments using your full recording setup.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in voice acting, with a strong portfolio or demo reel in Indonesian language.
  • Exceptional verbal articulation and emotional range, able to read and interpret diverse scripts authentically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for seamless remote collaboration.
  • Access to high-quality audio equipment and a soundproof or acoustically treated recording environment. Examples include EMU 404 USB audio interface, AKG P220 microphone, AKG K271 Mk2 headphones, Rode NT1 microphone, or equivalent professional gear.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed technical and creative instructions from remote teams.
  • Reliable internet connection and basic technical troubleshooting skills for audio setup.
  • Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours of recording work per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with AI-driven or voice tech projects.
  • Familiarity with the AI voice training process and related data privacy considerations.
  • Preference will be given to those using EMU 404 USB, AKG P220, AKG K271 Mk2, or Rode NT1 equipment.
