Key Responsibilities:
• Source and submit original, non-public academic files such as course notes, assignments, exams, lab reports, and design projects in your area of expertise
• Ensure all submitted content is accurate, organized, and clearly categorized within Design, Engineering, or Manufacturing domains
• Collaborate with a diverse network of fresh graduates to enrich the overall content pool
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in handling academic materials
• Communicate effectively via written and verbal channels with team members and coordinators
• Participate in quality control processes and provide feedback on content standards
• Stay updated on relevant curriculum trends to ensure contributions are current and valuable
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Recent graduate (within the last 2 years) in Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail in academic documentation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with academic file types, including CAD coursework, technical drawings, lab reports, simulations, and manufacturing planning documents
• Ability to manage multiple file submissions and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity and respect for academic privacy and intellectual property
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience contributing to academic projects, peer tutoring, or student organizations
• Familiarity with software tools such as MATLAB, SPICE, or CAD platforms
• Demonstrated initiative in sharing knowledge or building educational resources
