Job Summary

Join our team as a Solution Architect Microsoft Fabric, where you'll lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge data analytics solutions leveraging the Microsoft Data Stack. This role offers the opportunity to work independently in a highly collaborative environment, solving complex business challenges for enterprise clients while shaping robust and scalable architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and solution design, translating business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft Azure Data Stack, Fabric, and Power BI.

• Architect end-to-end, enterprise-grade data and analytics solutions that are scalable, secure, and robust.

• Guide clients in defining and documenting their data and analytics vision and roadmap, utilizing Microsoft’s latest tools and best practices.

• Collaborate with our consultants, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional outcomes.

• Maintain a high level of billable utilization by actively contributing to successful project engagements.

• Uphold high standards of quality, monitor progress, and ensure solutions meet or exceed client expectations.

• Support pre-sales activities, including solution architecture and technical discovery for prospective clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

• Proven experience architecting and delivering solutions on Azure, with expert knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (Data Pipelines, OneLake, Synapse Real-Time Analytics).

• Advanced proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and Power BI.

• Strong command of SQL, Python, Spark, and modern data modeling techniques, including ELT/ETL workflows.

• Deep understanding of data governance, compliance, and best practice frameworks.

• Demonstrated experience working with enterprise clients in the design and delivery of scalable data solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with pre-sales solutioning and client discovery sessions.

• Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer, Fabric (DP-600, DP-700), or Databricks.

• Experience enforcing systematic processes to ensure project and client success.
