Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and well-structured written responses to a variety of OASIS patient scenarios.
- Create concise rationales and user-friendly scoring rubrics to support OASIS content.
- Review and edit clinical content to ensure clarity, relevance, and alignment with CMS documentation standards.
- Collaborate with a senior Clinical Advisor for guidance and content validation.
- Contribute your expertise to ensure all clinical material is compliant, current, and clinically sound.
- Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with the project team and stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of tools and resources related to OASIS documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Active RN or PT license, or equivalent clinical credentials.
- Extensive home health experience with proven OASIS assessment and documentation proficiency.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to translate clinical insights into clear, actionable content.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to upholding CMS and industry standards.
- Ability to independently manage tasks and meet project deadlines while working remotely.
- Comfortable providing constructive feedback and collaborating in a virtual team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience developing or reviewing educational clinical content or assessment materials.
- Knowledge of current trends and updates in OASIS and home health compliance.
- Background in staff training, clinical education, or healthcare quality improvement initiatives.
