Job Title: 360 Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary:
Join our team at TASC Outsourcing as a 360 Recruitment Consultant and become a key player in building a new vertical desk within Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or Network Infrastructure. You’ll take full ownership of both business development and candidate management, working independently and collaboratively to drive growth and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions across the GCC region, with a focus on KSA and Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and develop new client relationships, promoting our recruitment services and securing business opportunities in your designated vertical (50%-70% of your role).
- Source, qualify, and manage candidates through the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring talent aligns with client needs (20%-40%).
- Deliver consistent, high-quality written and verbal communication to maintain and strengthen client and candidate relationships (5%).
- Complete essential administrative tasks, including documentation and compliance reporting, to ensure accuracy and transparency (5%).
- Utilize best-in-class recruitment tools—ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter—to optimize your workflow and deliver results.
- Represent TASC with professionalism in all face-to-face, virtual, and written communications, embodying our dedication to excellence recognized by regional awards.
- Work autonomously while embracing a collaborative, high-performance workplace culture that values innovation and personal growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in contract staffing or IT-related sectors.
- Demonstrated success in a 360 recruitment or 180 business development-focused role with direct client engagement.
- Advanced business development abilities with a strong track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Proficient in modern recruitment technologies such as ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused mindset and consultative approach.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, able to independently manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Willingness to travel within the GCC region (less than 10% in the first year).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting within the EMEA or APAC regions.
- Confident in face-to-face business development meetings and culturally adept communication.
- Previous experience in IT, Data Analytics, or Network Infrastructure verticals.
