Job Title: Recruitment Manager
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team and lead all recruitment initiatives with unmatched excellence. In this pivotal role, you will design, manage, and optimize end-to-end recruitment operations to ensure Ikon Candidates receive the highest standard of service and our clients’ workforce needs are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all recruitment activities to ensure the highest standards are maintained in hiring Ikon candidates.
- Plan, design, and organize recruitment and selection strategies, systems, and processes aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team on all client resource requirements.
- Manage client relationships to ensure job orders and related requests are fulfilled on time and meet Ikon’s service standards.
- Build and manage the Ikon Talent Pool.
- Conduct final screening of shortlisted candidates to ensure they meet client requirements and company standards.
- Ensure timely and proper presentation of candidates to clients (e.g., Candidate Profiles, Summaries, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team on recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
- Organize and coordinate recruitment trips with clients and industry team leads.
- Monitor, track, and report the team’s recruitment performance.
- Ensure that all Ikon candidates receive the highest level of service.
- Coordinate with external recruitment partners when necessary.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course.
- Must have at least 5–8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a high-volume hiring environment.
- With 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Experience in account management is preferred.
- Overseas recruitment experience and knowledge of DMW rules and processes are a plus.
- Proven ability to meet high-volume recruiting goals and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Resourceful, with strong sourcing skills using social media, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication and coordination skills.
- Pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in account management within the recruitment sector.
- Background in overseas recruitment and familiarity with DMW rules and processes.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills, enhancing both candidate and client experience.
