Job Title: Recruitment Manager


Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team and lead all recruitment initiatives with unmatched excellence. In this pivotal role, you will design, manage, and optimize end-to-end recruitment operations to ensure Ikon Candidates receive the highest standard of service and our clients’ workforce needs are consistently met.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all recruitment activities to ensure the highest standards are maintained in hiring Ikon candidates.
  2. Plan, design, and organize recruitment and selection strategies, systems, and processes aligned with the company’s business goals.
  3. Coordinate with the Business Development team on all client resource requirements.
  4. Manage client relationships to ensure job orders and related requests are fulfilled on time and meet Ikon’s service standards.
  5. Build and manage the Ikon Talent Pool.
  6. Conduct final screening of shortlisted candidates to ensure they meet client requirements and company standards.
  7. Ensure timely and proper presentation of candidates to clients (e.g., Candidate Profiles, Summaries, etc.).
  8. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team on recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
  9. Organize and coordinate recruitment trips with clients and industry team leads.
  10. Monitor, track, and report the team’s recruitment performance.
  11. Ensure that all Ikon candidates receive the highest level of service.
  12. Coordinate with external recruitment partners when necessary.
  13. Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course.
  2. Must have at least 5–8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a high-volume hiring environment.
  3. With 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role.
  4. Experience in account management is preferred.
  5. Overseas recruitment experience and knowledge of DMW rules and processes are a plus.
  6. Proven ability to meet high-volume recruiting goals and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  7. Resourceful, with strong sourcing skills using social media, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
  8. Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  9. Strong oral and written communication and coordination skills.
  10. Pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  11. Proficient in MS Office applications; experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in account management within the recruitment sector.
  2. Background in overseas recruitment and familiarity with DMW rules and processes.
  3. Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills, enhancing both candidate and client experience.
