Job Summary:

Join our team as a Procurement Functional Consultant and play a vital role in transforming procurement functions through digital innovation. You will lead and support end-to-end Source-to-Pay implementation projects, harnessing industry-leading cloud procurement platforms, and collaborate with global clients to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive comprehensive end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation projects, ensuring seamless execution across all phases.
2. Lead procurement transformation and digitalization initiatives using industry platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer.
3. Develop opportunities by building and leveraging external networks and professional relationships to advance business goals.
4. Manage projects independently, undertaking key roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, and Change Management Support.
5. Oversee recruitment processes and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to deliver innovative procurement solutions.
7. Contribute to internal capability-building through knowledge-sharing sessions, best practice documentation, and training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated experience in implementing S2P solutions utilizing leading cloud procurement tools and/or ERP systems.
2. Deep understanding of procurement processes, spend management, and digital procurement platforms such as Ariba, Zycus, Coupa, or Ivalua.
3. Proven ability to lead functional design workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and create comprehensive project documentation.
4. Hands-on experience in leading testing phases including SIT/UAT/Regression and integrating solutions with client ERP systems.
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with strong client management and interpersonal skills.
6. Experience working with global cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
7. Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of taking complete ownership of project deliverables and practice development.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Post-Graduate/MBA/PGDM or B.E/B.Tech from a reputed institute.
2. Certifications in relevant procurement technologies or platforms.
3. Flexibility to work across different P2P/CLM technologies after required training and support.
