Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and coordinate complex domestic and international travel plans for corporate travelers.
• Negotiate competitive rates with airlines, hotels, and ground transportation providers to maximize client value.
• Deliver expert, customer-focused written advice, adhering to our primarily asynchronous (written-first) communication culture.
• Monitor and interpret travel regulations, visa requirements, and global industry trends to ensure compliant and seamless itineraries.
• Handle multiple concurrent bookings with precision and agility, adapting quickly to client changes and urgent requests.
• Maintain meticulous records and provide proactive post-booking support and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to our team’s continuous improvement by sharing insights, best practices, and travel intelligence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in travel, hospitality, or a related industry (GDS familiarity is highly advantageous).
• Exceptional written communication skills; comfortable with asynchronous collaboration and clear digital correspondence.
• Impeccable organizational skills and acute attention to detail; able to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Resourceful problem-solver with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to interpret and apply travel policies, procedures, and international entry requirements.
• Energetic, positive attitude with a client-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with relevant travel tools and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous corporate travel consulting experience within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Formal training or certification in travel management.
• Multilingual capabilities, especially in English and Arabic.
