Key Responsibilities

  1. Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, with precision and efficiency.
  2. Deliver high-quality customer service by responding promptly and effectively to inquiries via written and verbal communication channels.
  3. Verify and balance cash drawers, ensuring compliance with internal controls and security procedures.
  4. Identify customer needs to recommend suitable banking products and services.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Resolve discrepancies and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members as necessary.
  7. Support team initiatives to enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction.
