Job Summary:

Join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, quality-focused environment. You will support restaurant operations, coach and develop team members, and help drive operational excellence and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, train, and motivate team members to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards.
  2. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service, efficient workflow, and strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.
  3. Drive a culture of continuous improvement through hands-on coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including P&L reports, to maximize profitability and control costs.
  5. Address guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring positive guest experiences at all times.
  6. Implement and maintain operational systems and processes for inventory, scheduling, and reporting.
  7. Foster an enthusiastic, collaborative environment that encourages personal and professional growth for all team members.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. University/Institute graduate with a strong educational foundation.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the coffee industry or with an international QSR brand (such as McDonald’s, Domino’s, KFC, Pizza Hut, Krispy Kreme, Dunkin, etc.).
  3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a genuine care for clarity and connection.
  4. Proven ability to coach, train, and develop others in a fast-paced setting.
  5. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service best practices.
  6. Experience in managing and interpreting P&L statements and other financial metrics.
  7. Energetic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to upholding a premium guest experience.

  1. Demonstrated leadership in a high-volume or fast-casual dining setting.
  2. Passion for fostering a positive team culture and embracing continuous learning.
