Job Summary:
Join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, quality-focused environment. You will support restaurant operations, coach and develop team members, and help drive operational excellence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service, efficient workflow, and strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through hands-on coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including P&L reports, to maximize profitability and control costs.
- Address guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring positive guest experiences at all times.
- Implement and maintain operational systems and processes for inventory, scheduling, and reporting.
- Foster an enthusiastic, collaborative environment that encourages personal and professional growth for all team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- University/Institute graduate with a strong educational foundation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the coffee industry or with an international QSR brand (such as McDonald’s, Domino’s, KFC, Pizza Hut, Krispy Kreme, Dunkin, etc.).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a genuine care for clarity and connection.
- Proven ability to coach, train, and develop others in a fast-paced setting.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service best practices.
- Experience in managing and interpreting P&L statements and other financial metrics.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to upholding a premium guest experience.

- Demonstrated leadership in a high-volume or fast-casual dining setting.
