Job Title: Data Scientist – AI Trainer

Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Data Scientist – AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping how AI systems learn and interpret real-world data science workflows. Leverage your expertise in statistical modeling, data interpretation, and machine learning to empower the next generation of AI-driven solutions. This is a unique opportunity to influence how AI understands and applies industry best practices across diverse business scenarios while working remotely.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and generate realistic tasks and examples that mirror common data science workflows, including modeling, data cleaning, and hypothesis testing.
  • Annotate data and AI-generated outputs with expert judgment, providing context and actionable feedback.
  • Review, refine, and optimize training prompts and evaluation criteria for AI models.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to help AI systems recognize the nuances and decision-making processes inherent in data science.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in data science and integrate new methodologies into AI training content.
  • Document workflows and communicate recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Continuously assess and improve the quality of AI outputs to align with practical data science standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a data scientist or machine learning engineer, with hands-on exposure to business-critical projects.
  • Proficient in Python, R, SQL, or other analytical programming languages.
  • Deep understanding of statistical concepts, predictive modeling, and data storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability in data preprocessing, cleaning, and handling large-scale datasets.
  • Experience developing and deploying models in production or real-world contexts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical mindset and adaptive problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with natural language processing, data engineering, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Previous experience mentoring others, conducting peer reviews, or developing technical documentation.
