Job Title: Oracle Functional SCM Assistant Manager


Job Type: Full-time


Location: Hybrid – Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines


Job Summary:

Join our team as an Oracle Functional SCM Assistant Manager, where you will oversee the end-to-end delivery and optimization of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions for a diverse range of clients. This hybrid role offers opportunities to drive strategic implementations, mentor consultants, and contribute to business growth while working closely with both project and presales teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the successful implementation of multiple Oracle Fusion SCM projects, aligning deliverables with client business objectives.
  2. Configure and customize Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Product Master Data Management, Supply Chain Orchestration, and Procurement.
  3. Deliver expert guidance on SCM best practices, Oracle Fusion configuration, and process optimization.
  4. Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, document business needs, and develop functional specifications and solutions.
  5. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure stakeholder buy-in and solution adoption.
  6. Support business development activities such as pre-sales consulting, solution design, and effort estimation alongside the presales team.
  7. Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused team culture.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and sub-modules.
  3. At least 3 full life-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects completed successfully.
  4. Strong expertise in SCM processes, encompassing inventory management, order management, procurement, and supply chain planning.
  5. Proven experience in business development and presales activities within an Oracle environment.
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Demonstrated leadership, team management, and project management capabilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Oracle Cloud certification in SCM or related modules.
  2. Experience working in a regional or global consulting environment.
  3. Track record of developing junior talent and supporting team capability building.
