Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, review, and moderate user-generated content to ensure alignment with community guidelines and brand values.
- Engage proactively with users to foster a safe, supportive, and vibrant online environment in the micro1 community.
- Identify and escalate potential issues, conflicts, or trends to the appropriate internal teams promptly.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and community teams to support campaigns, events, and content initiatives.
- Craft and maintain clear, timely written and verbal responses to community queries or concerns.
- Analyze community activity data and provide insights to inform moderation strategies and enhance engagement.
- Contribute to evolving best practices and recommendations for community moderation processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in community moderation, social media management, community management, or marketing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to enforce guidelines consistently and fairly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrates clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and moderation tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for building positive online communities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience moderating technology-focused or startup communities.
- Exposure to analytics tools and reporting on community health metrics.
