Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality frontend features using React, JavaScript, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement and maintain clean, efficient, and modular code using ES6, HTML5, and CSS3 best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure coding standards are met.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues as needed.
• Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally to clarify requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in frontend development using React.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Demonstrated ability to build responsive, user-centric web interfaces.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on collaborative teamwork.
• Experience working in a hybrid setting, managing time effectively between remote and onsite collaboration.
