You will leverage your deep psychiatric knowledge to develop robust rubrics and train AI models, ensuring accuracy, nuance, and empathy in digital psychiatric applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop assessment rubrics rooted in clinical best practices for sexual health psychiatry.
2. Review, annotate, and evaluate psychiatric interactions to inform AI model training and updates.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine and validate AI-generated content.
4. Ensure that AI models demonstrate sensitivity, accuracy, and ethical standards in sexual health contexts.
5. Provide expert feedback on linguistic, cultural, and psychological nuances relevant to sexual health.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. MD with specialization and board certification in psychiatry.
