Job Title: Private Wealth Management / Personal Finance Advisor

Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Private Wealth Management / Personal Finance Advisor and offer your expertise to improve personalized wealth management at scale. You’ll work closely with one of the leading AI labs on a core capability, conducting focus sessions and providing async feedback to elevate the personal finance user experience. We are seeking top-tier professionals who place a premium on exceptional client service and communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver expert personal finance guidance to individuals with varying risk profiles and income levels.
  2. Work closely with researchers to provide asynchronous feedback and expertise that enhance advisory solutions at scale.
  3. Design and manage strategies for portfolio construction, expense management, and financial decision-making that align with individual client risk profiles and goals, including complex scenarios.
  4. Leverage extensive experience from leading private wealth management and personal finance practices to drive best-in-class outcomes.
  5. Demonstrate exemplary written and verbal communication in all client and team interactions.
  6. Maintain the utmost discretion, professionalism, and a client-first approach throughout all advisory engagements.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience and leadership in private wealth management or personal finance advisory at a leading financial institution (e.g., Schwab Private Client Services, J.P. Morgan Private Bank, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Edward Jones, Fidelity Investments, Vanguard, and similar firms).
  2. Proven track record designing and implementing investment personalized portfolios, expense management processes, and decision-making strategies tailored to client-specific risk profiles and income.
  3. Expertise in delivering high-touch client service to clients across varying levels of financial circumstance, from everyday retail to mass-affluent to HNW/UHNW. Experience will ideally include all forms of financial planning (retirement, mortgage, budgeting, investments) across different client segments.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, prioritizing clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
  6. Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
  7. Unwavering commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience leading advisory teams or high-impact client initiatives in a private wealth practice.
  2. CFA, CFP, CRPC, or other relevant professional certifications.
  3. Familiarity with digital tools.
