Job Title: Oracle Functional HCM Manager

Location: Hybrid – Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines


Job Summary:

Join our team as an Oracle Functional HCM Manager and play a pivotal role in leading cutting-edge Oracle HCM Cloud initiatives. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to manage dynamic, high-impact projects while mentoring a talented group of consultants. You will shape HR transformation strategies, foster client relationships, and drive business growth within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and deliver multiple Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and on-time execution.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of functional consultants and project leads for optimal performance and professional growth.
  3. Leverage deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Rewards, Workforce Management, and HR Help Desk, to guide project success.
  4. Collaborate closely with clients to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring satisfaction and value.
  5. Drive business development by partnering with the presales team, providing innovative solutions, and conducting precise effort estimations.
  6. Develop and execute strategic plans, manage project budgets, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
  7. Resolve escalated project and client issues, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. More than 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  2. Proven track record in successfully leading at least 5 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects.
  3. Demonstrated experience in people management, team leadership, and mentoring within complex environments.
  4. Strong business development and presales expertise, including solution design and effort estimation.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client engagement and stakeholder management.
  6. Superior analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in a related discipline.
  2. Experience managing cross-cultural or geographically distributed teams.
  3. Professional certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud or related technologies.
