Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Jira User / Specialist and play a key role in optimizing Agile workflows and issue tracking processes. In this expert-level, AI training-focused role, you'll leverage your Jira expertise to support seamless team operations and provide valuable insights through data analysis and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and track tickets using Jira to ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation.
  2. Support Agile teams operating in Scrum and Kanban frameworks, maintaining smooth workflows.
  3. Configure Jira dashboards and reports to deliver clear, actionable data to stakeholders.
  4. Perform basic workflow configuration tasks to support evolving project requirements.
  5. Collaborate closely with team members to gather feedback and refine issue tracking processes.
  6. Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly document processes and communicate updates.
  7. Assist with AI training initiatives by providing structured Jira data and insights to support the project’s goals.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Jira in a user-level capacity.
  2. Expertise in issue tracking, ticket management, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  3. Proficiency in configuring Jira dashboards and generating reports.
  4. Basic knowledge of Jira workflow configuration and customization.
  5. Strong data analysis skills with a keen attention to detail.
  6. Excellent problem-solving abilities within collaborative team environments.
  7. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience supporting AI or data-driven projects.
  2. Familiarity with remote, cross-functional teams.
  3. Track record of proactive process improvement in Jira environments.
