Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and written instructions to ensure accurate installation and modifications.
• Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to coordinate project requirements and resolve technical challenges.
• Perform pipe measurements, cutting, threading, and bending using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and pressure tests to verify system integrity and safety.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental protocols on all job sites.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication with team members and supervisors regarding project status and issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of proven experience in MEP or construction projects specializing in pipe fitting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building services piping systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and teamwork.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction environments.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed technical instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in pipe fitting, welding, or related trades.
• Experience with a diverse range of piping systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).
• Familiarity with international building codes and standards.
