In this unique position, you will leverage your expertise to train and optimize AI systems, focusing on content moderation, trend analysis, and platform-specific communication. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, annotate, and analyze social media content to inform the development of advanced AI models.
  • Monitor and detect emerging trends, hashtags, and cultural shifts relevant to digital audiences.
  • Maintain precise narrative consistency and brand voice across diverse platforms.
  • Provide expert insight into platform-specific language, audience preferences, and communication standards.
  • Contribute to the development of guidelines for content moderation and ethical best practices in social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable recommendations on actionable social strategies.
  • Communicate findings clearly through both written reports and verbal presentations, demonstrating outstanding communication skills.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing multi-platform social media operations, ideally for well-known brands or agencies.
  • Expertise in content analysis and ability to annotate large volumes of social data accurately.
  • In-depth knowledge of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and digital subcultures.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for narrative detail and tone.
  • Strong ability to detect trends, subtle nuances, and audience shifts in real time.
  • Demonstrated experience ensuring narrative consistency and brand alignment in content strategy.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-paced, and data-driven environment.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with technical or AI/ML teams to build or optimize digital tools.
  • Familiarity with content moderation technologies or AI-driven social media systems.
  • Background in marketing, communications, or digital storytelling within a tech-focused organization.
