Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine legal rubrics to train AI models in securities law, focusing on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Analyze legal documents and scenarios related to SEC enforcement, disclosure counseling, and regulatory compliance.
• Review, validate, and improve AI-generated legal outputs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure legal accuracy and relevancy of AI-driven solutions.
• Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats to interdisciplinary teams.
• Stay abreast of evolving securities regulation trends and integrate updates into AI model development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active bar membership.
• Demonstrated expertise in SEC enforcement matters, disclosure counseling, or regulatory/advisory roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to explain intricate legal topics to non-legal audiences.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience drafting or reviewing securities regulatory documents.
• Passion for technology, artificial intelligence, and legal innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in AI training, legal technology, or legal operations.
• Background in collaborating with product or engineering teams.
