Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Human Movement Data Contributor (Robotics) and help shape the future of household robotics. As a vital part of the development process, you will record authentic videos of yourself performing everyday household tasks, enabling robotics systems to better understand and replicate human movement. Your contributions will directly inform safer, smarter, and more practical robots for tomorrow’s homes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Record high-quality videos of routine household activities such as cleaning, organizing, and meal preparation in your own environment.
2. Utilize a smartphone mounted on a head strap to capture hands-free, first-person perspectives of your movements.
3. Follow clear, concise setup and recording guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.
4. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-lit recording space for optimal video quality.
5. Upload recorded content promptly via a stable internet connection as per project protocols.
6. Adhere to privacy and safety instructions, ensuring that only required content is captured.
7. Collaborate through clear written and verbal updates, sharing feedback and observations as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in using a smartphone equipped with a wide camera lens (0.5 zoom option preferred).
2. Strong attention to visual and process-oriented detail for precise video capture.
3. Ability to follow detailed written instructions and provide clear verbal or written communication when required.
4. Access to a head strap for smartphone mounting, and a clean, organized living space with good lighting.
5. Reliable, high-speed internet connection for seamless video uploads.
6. Comfort with performing and recording routine household tasks independently.
7. Eligibility to work and reside in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in data collection, video recording, or supporting machine learning/robotics research projects.
2. Interest in robotics, AI, or smart home technology applications.
3. Ability to consistently maintain a clutter-free, visually appealing home environment during recordings.
