Job Summary:
Join our team as an SAP SD Manager, where you’ll take the lead on SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution implementations and support, guiding high-performing teams and delivering business-critical solutions for clients across diverse industries. This pivotal role is ideal for experienced professionals seeking to drive process excellence, manage large projects, and cultivate meaningful client relationships in a dynamic hybrid work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Order to Cash (O2C) SAP SD team in implementing and supporting S/4HANA projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
• Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and steer high-level and detailed design discussions.
• Oversee project management duties including scope definition, strategy planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare and review business process documentation, configuration documents, and functional specifications for order management, pricing, billing, and logistics.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, working closely with ABAP, PI, and other technical teams on RICEFW developments.
• Perform root cause analysis, resolve cross-module issues, and provide optimal, simple O2C business solutions.
• Consistently engage with clients, manage expectations, and ensure transparent, effective communication across all project phases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 10–14 years of hands-on SAP SD experience with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration (enterprise structure, sales/billing/delivery, pricing, returns, business partner setup) and end-to-end O2C processes.
• Proven team leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performance teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA simplification lists and integration with SAP Finance, MM, and Production Planning.
• Solid background in project management, including resource allocation, risk management, and workshop facilitation.
• SAP SD S/4HANA certification is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Exposure to advanced features such as Settlement Management, aATP, and Transportation Management.
• Industry knowledge in Life Sciences or Consumer Products.
• Experience managing RICEFW objects and working knowledge of IDOCs.
