Location: On-site in Davao, Philippines
We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representatives be part of a growing account in Davao. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least HS Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- With or Without BPO Experience
- Willing to work 100% onsite
- Willing to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
