Job Summary

Join our customer’s team as a Photographer - AI Trainer, where your visual expertise will shape the future of intelligent imagery. You’ll leverage your photography and videography know-how to curate, evaluate, and enhance visual content that trains cutting-edge AI systems, ensuring the highest level of visual accuracy and creativity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with AI engineers to define visual data requirements and establish high-quality training datasets.
  • Direct and capture compelling photography and videography assets aligned with diverse project needs.
  • Analyze, annotate, and review visual content, providing expert feedback for AI model improvement.
  • Apply advanced photo editing and color correction techniques to optimize training materials.
  • Demonstrate strong visual storytelling to ensure AI outputs mirror real-world creative standards.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation and clear communication regarding content processes and results.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in photography, videography, and AI technology.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in professional photography and/or videography direction.
  • Expertise with photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent.
  • Strong grasp of visual composition, lighting, and image aesthetics.
  • Keen eye for visual storytelling and translating concepts into impactful imagery.
  • Advanced skills in color correction and post-production workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in training or guiding others in photography, videography, or creative technologies.
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects.
  • Portfolio demonstrating diverse creative and technical visual work.
