Join our customer's team as a Machine Learning & AI Engineer - AI trainer, where you will help shape the future of AI systems through high-impact training and evaluation. In this dynamic remote role, you’ll apply your technical expertise and communication skills to elevate the performance of cutting-edge AI models while collaborating with an enthusiastic, forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models focused on AI training and improvement.
  • Create, refine, and execute full-spectrum prompting strategies for advanced AI systems.
  • Curate, annotate, and evaluate datasets to enhance AI model performance and reliability.
  • Analyze system outputs, provide actionable feedback, and recommend iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional members to identify training needs and define technical requirements.
  • Document processes and insights clearly, ensuring reproducibility and scalability of training methodologies.
  • Communicate findings effectively in both written and verbal formats, contributing to technical discussions and team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in machine learning and AI engineering.
  • Proficiency in developing and deploying machine learning models and frameworks.
  • Experience designing and iterating prompt-based AI training approaches.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to clarity and detail.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with Python and common ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as an AI trainer or in prompt engineering for LLMs and generative models.
  • Background in data curation, annotation, or evaluation for supervised and unsupervised learning.
