Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and deploy robust full-stack features using modern frameworks for both front-end and back-end.
  2. Integrate and optimize AI/ML APIs, open-source models, and automation tools into production systems.
  3. Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on innovative AI-driven product ideas and features.
  4. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
  5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  6. Utilize Git workflows for version control and effective collaboration with the team.
  7. Continuously learn and apply emerging technologies in AI and full-stack development.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
  2. Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React, Node.js, Express.js, or similar.
  3. Strong understanding of API development, debugging, Git workflows, and clean coding standards.
  4. Practical experience leveraging AI tools, LLMs, agents, or ML APIs; familiarity with RAG models and VectorDB is a plus.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—clear documentation and team collaboration are highly valued.
  6. Active GitHub profile with visible contributions, personal or collaborative projects is mandatory.
  7. Self-driven, curious, and eager to rapidly learn and build in a dynamic environment.
  8. Based in Kolkata or open to relocating for an on-site role.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Exposure to deploying and maintaining cloud-based AI/ML solutions.
  2. Prior experience with open-source AI model integration and automation tools.
  3. Contributions to AI or developer communities through open-source work or technical writing.
