Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine authentic hospitality documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow prompts based on hands-on industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with AI teams to translate frontline service experiences into actionable, high-quality training data.
- Analyze service processes and identify opportunities for AI optimization, ensuring the integrity of guest relations and operational excellence.
- Review and edit AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, hospitality tone, and industry relevance.
- Provide insights on latest hospitality trends, guest expectations, and operational pain points to guide AI product enhancements.
- Ensure all documentation mirrors real-world scenarios from hotel management, reservations, F&B, events, and guest services.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by integrating feedback from end-users and industry stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in hotel operations, guest relations, food & beverage, or event management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for articulating hospitality concepts.
- Proficiency in creating process documents, SOPs, and guest interaction scripts.
- In-depth understanding of hotel management systems, guest service workflows, or event operations.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, managing deadlines and deliverables efficiently.
- Collaborative mindset with a solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Hotel Manager, Front Desk & Guest Relations Specialist, F&B Manager, Event Coordinator, or Reservation Specialist.
- Previous involvement with AI systems, technology training, or knowledge management in hospitality.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between hospitality operations and technology solutions.
