This pivotal role is ideal for finance professionals passionate about crafting investment narratives, building executive-ready deliverables, and delivering rigorous market and financial analysis. You will directly contribute to high-impact projects, supporting critical decision-making and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling investment memos, executive summaries, and investor presentations that drive engagement and clarity.
- Perform thorough analysis of financial statements, market trends, and transaction structures to inform decision-making.
- Create and refine deal materials, pitch decks, and articulate financial storytelling for investment opportunities.
- Review and dissect loan agreements, credit structures, and covenant terms for credit-focused assignments.
- Produce insightful market and financial analysis reports to support investment or reporting workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, coherence, and strategic alignment of deliverables.
- Translate complex financial data and deal structures into impactful narratives tailored for executive audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–6+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Structured Finance/Credit roles.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and creating high-quality presentations.
- Hands-on exposure to deal execution, underwriting, or due diligence processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to clarity and detail.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise, actionable insights.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering executive-ready investment materials and reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Familiarity with loan documentation and credit agreement analysis.
- Previous remote or cross-border collaboration experience.
