Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Project Manager who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn how world-class product and engineering teams operate. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Ops teams to help plan, track, and deliver projects on time. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to real product development in a high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning and tracking projects across product and engineering teams.
2. Break down requirements into tasks and help maintain sprint boards and backlogs.
3. Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
4. Document project updates, decisions, and action items.
5. Identify blockers early and escalate them with clarity.
6. Coordinate meetings, stand-ups, and sprint rituals.
7. Help ensure alignment between product, design, and engineering.
8. Maintain project dashboards and reporting for leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience in project coordination, operations, or a related role.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
3. Clear written and verbal communication in English.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing attention to detail.
5. Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
6. A proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be told what’s broken.
7. Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
8. Experience working with tools like Jira, Linear, Notion, monday, or Slack.

Nice to Have:

1. Prior experience in a product, engineering, or startup environment.
2. Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.
3. Interest in AI, SaaS, or tech products.
