We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of innovative HR solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Human Resources technology and strong written communication skills to thrive in our asynchronous, remote-first culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration, for our suite of HR products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and HR subject matter experts to define product requirements and priorities.
  • Translate customer feedback and market research into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Create and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in Figma to guide user-centered design decisions.
  • Own and refine written documentation for features, user stories, and release notes to support our async communication culture.
  • Analyze product performance and user metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Champion the voice of HR customers throughout the product development process.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the Human Resources or HR tech industry.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma for product design collaboration and prototyping.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable documentation.
  • Demonstrated success working in remote and asynchronous team environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
  • Collaborative mindset and a passion for innovative HR solutions.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within an async-first, distributed product team.
  • Background in SaaS product development for Human Resources clients.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
