Join our customer's team as a Cloud Engineer - AI trainer and play a vital role in the innovation of AI training projects. In this unique position, you will leverage your cloud expertise and technical knowledge to design, implement, and optimize full-cycle AI prompting workflows. Collaborate remotely with a passionate team, influencing AI solutions that drive real-world impact.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and manage robust cloud infrastructure tailored for AI training and large-scale data processing.
  2. Create, test, and refine end-to-end AI prompt engineering workflows for optimal model performance.
  3. Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to develop scalable, secure, and efficient AI solutions.
  4. Document technical processes and provide clear, actionable feedback to enhance project outcomes.
  5. Ensure the reliability, security, and compliance of cloud environments used for AI training.
  6. Support the team with troubleshooting, deploying updates, and integrating new technologies as needed.
  7. Share cloud best practices and mentor team members in cloud-based AI methodologies.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a related role.
  3. Demonstrable expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and associated AI services.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  5. Proven track record of building, deploying, and optimizing cloud-based AI systems.
  6. Experience with prompt engineering and end-to-end AI workflow development.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Advanced certifications in cloud technologies or AI (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer).
  2. Prior experience training AI models or developing AI-driven applications in a cloud environment.
  3. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on advancements in AI and cloud computing.
