In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are accurate, compliant, and tailored to clinical practice. Your expertise will directly impact the effectiveness and trustworthiness of next-generation healthcare tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Annotate and review clinical data to train and validate healthcare AI models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  2. Provide expert guidance on complex medical scenarios, leveraging deep clinical experience to enhance AI learning processes.
  3. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to refine healthcare IT systems and documentation practices.
  4. Develop and maintain robust clinical guidelines and protocols for AI model development and deployment.
  5. Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare documentation standards.
  6. Communicate complex clinical insights clearly in both written and verbal formats, fostering understanding across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Stay abreast of healthcare regulations, trends, and emerging technologies to inform AI development strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry as a licensed provider or clinical expert.
  2. Advanced degree or doctorate (MD, DO, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent) in a healthcare-related field is required.
  3. Extensive hands-on experience as a healthcare provider, with a deep understanding of clinical workflows and patient care.
  4. Demonstrated expertise in healthcare IT systems and electronic health record (EHR) platforms.
  5. Strong background in healthcare documentation, including charting, coding, and regulatory compliance.
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and clarity.
  7. Ability to analyze, interpret, and annotate complex medical data with accuracy and professionalism.
  8. Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience training or validating AI/ML healthcare models.
  2. Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) as they pertain to healthcare data.
  3. Experience in clinical informatics or healthcare technology product development.
