Job Title: CAD Expert
Job Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and refine AutoCAD files to ensure data integrity and optimal design standards.
- Utilize advanced CAD expertise to annotate, label, and evaluate designs for accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with AI development teams to provide high-quality input based on real-world CAD use cases.
- Apply industry best practices and technical insights to a variety of CAD tasks and workflows.
- Offer expert feedback on 2D and 3D models, ensuring alignment with project requirements and technical goals.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps and proposing innovative solutions in CAD processes.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in relaying technical concepts and insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, with extensive experience in both 2D and 3D modeling.
- Deep understanding of CAD standards, drafting techniques, and design principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for precision in technical documentation.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical information effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and workflows as needed for diverse design challenges.
- Commitment to high-quality, timely deliverables in a fast-paced remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams or involvement in AI-related projects.
- Familiarity with additional CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit, or similar platforms).
- Background in training, technical writing, or user documentation for engineering applications.
