Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SAP FI/CO Manager to join our team and spearhead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects. This role is ideal for a leader with deep functional expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling, strong project management skills, and a flair for driving innovation through modern SAP solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping finance operations for our clients while mentoring a talented team of consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the SAP FICO workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business needs and SAP best practices.

• Design, configure, and optimize SAP FI/CO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enable seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and HR modules.

• Facilitate client workshops, conduct FIT-GAP analysis, and draft detailed functional specifications.

• Oversee the delivery of WRICEF objects, working alongside technical teams to ensure high-quality solutions.

• Manage testing cycles, data migration, cutover activities, and provide expert post-go-live support.

• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning within our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10–12 years of SAP experience with at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA Finance and Controlling implementations.

• Proficient in SAP FI/CO configuration, financial accounting, controlling, and logistics integration.

• In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA innovations, including Universal Journal, Group Reporting, and Central Finance.

• Hands-on expertise with SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team engagement.

• Proven leadership in managing client relationships and guiding functional teams.

• Advanced cross-module integration experience with key SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS, HR).

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification (required).

• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) preferred.

• Exposure to RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, GROW with SAP, and Fiori-based financial apps.
