Key Responsibilities

1. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
2. Leverage Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira, to manage backlogs, sprints, and project iterations for optimal product delivery.
3. Draft clear, actionable user stories and maintain rigorous product documentation to guide development and design teams.
4. Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and enhance current offerings.
5. Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, ensuring product features drive value and meet strategic objectives.
6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and inform iterative improvements.
7. Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English, ensuring clarity and alignment across all interactions and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Proven experience working within Agile frameworks—Scrum, Kanban, and continuous iterations.
2. Expertise with Agile project management tools such as Jira or equivalent platforms.
3. Exceptional ability to write detailed user stories and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
4. Strong organizational skills with a knack for sprint planning and backlog refinement.
5. Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities and experience in competitive market analysis.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
7. Strong focus on KPIs to drive feature prioritization and measure impact.

Preferred Qualifications

1. ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) or similar Agile certification.
2. Experience collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams.
3. Background in technology-driven product environments with a commitment to continuous improvement.
