Join our customer’s team as a Startup / Cap Table Finance - AI trainer and help shape the next generation of financial AI. This is a high-impact, part-time remote opportunity for finance professionals excited to work with dynamic, real-world startup data and contribute to innovative AI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Seed and review real-world spreadsheet data and financial artifacts into AI training workflows.
• Collaborate with the team to structure and normalize ambiguous startup finance inputs.
• Evaluate and enhance the quality of AI-generated outputs in startup/cap table finance contexts.
• Provide expert feedback on partial financial models and workflows.
• Document unique finance scenarios and edge cases to enrich AI learning.
• Champion clear, effective written and verbal communication throughout the process.
• Engage in iterative data seeding and model training cycles, allowing structure to emerge organically.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with startup finance, cap tables, or financial modeling.
• Comfort working with broad, messy, and partial data sets common in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and context.
• Familiarity with finance-adjacent data structures and in-the-wild spreadsheet artifacts.
• Ability to critically assess ambiguous or incomplete data and determine key normalization steps.
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in AI data labeling, training, or related projects.
• Exposure to early-stage startup environments.
• Background in designing, reviewing, or reconstructing unstructured financial data.
