Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine AI training datasets in Chinese, ensuring high linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Evaluate AI outputs for language quality and provide detailed feedback to improve natural language processing models.
- Annotate and categorize text data to support supervised learning and model evaluation processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals, address challenges, and share domain expertise.
- Create and update documentation outlining best practices for data annotation and model review in Chinese.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards in all AI training deliverables.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and language technologies, incorporating new insights into training processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with AI, NLP, or data annotation projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for linguistic accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities within a technical environment.
- Proficiency with common digital collaboration tools and remote work platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, remote setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in computational linguistics, computer science, or a related field.
