Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions by booking dates, reserving rooms, and organizing online meetings.
  • Manage and update our training website, including posting new courses and assisting employees with access.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee training inquiries, resolving straightforward issues and providing helpful solutions.
  • Collaborate with trainers regarding scheduling, payments, and training materials to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and diligently archive all training documentation.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal English with internal teams and trainers, including international partners.
  • Continuously improve scheduling and administrative processes to enhance the employee learning journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in an office environment with a focus on scheduling or administrative support.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including a love for calendars, lists, and attention to detail—no task left unfinished.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and web platforms.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, essential for liaising with trainers and global colleagues.
  • A helpful, patient, and solution-oriented approach to supporting others.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, able to address minor technical or logistical issues independently.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining thorough and accurate records.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience coordinating training or supporting Learning & Development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and digital training platforms.
  • Experience working in a multicultural or international environment.
