Join our customer's team as an Industrial Production Manager and leverage your industrial operations expertise to shape the future of AI.


In this unique remote opportunity, you will utilize your experience in production management to train next-generation AI models, impacting the evolution of intelligent manufacturing solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize deep industrial production knowledge to annotate and evaluate manufacturing scenarios for AI training.
  2. Develop detailed documentation reflecting best practices in production planning, process optimization, and operations management.
  3. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of AI model training data.
  4. Apply Lean methodology and continuous improvement principles to simulated production workflows.
  5. Assess and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to manufacturing and operational processes.
  6. Contribute to the refinement of quality control and cost management frameworks within AI model development.
  7. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in all interactions and documentation.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an Industrial Production Manager or similar roles.
  2. Expertise in production planning, operations execution, and workflow optimization in an industrial setting.
  3. Proven ability to implement Lean principles and drive continuous process improvements.
  4. Strong people leadership and workforce management capabilities.
  5. Comprehensive understanding of quality control systems and cost management strategies.
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts clearly.
  7. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience collaborating with AI, tech, or data science teams.
  2. Background in digital transformation or smart manufacturing initiatives.
  3. Experience in global or multi-site production environments.
