Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to pioneering research on the integration of AI in mental health care and loneliness interventions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional experts to design, implement, and evaluate AI-driven mental health support tools.

• Publish impactful research articles and white papers on AI applications, risks, and benefits in mental health.

• Advise on ethical considerations and safety protocols related to AI-powered mental health interventions.

• Translate research findings into actionable product insights for development teams.

• Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

• Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in psychiatry, AI, and digital mental health.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Board-certified psychiatrist with completed residency.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to clearly convey complex concepts.

• Proven track record of publishing original research on AI applications in mental health or loneliness.

• Deep understanding of psychiatric diagnoses, interventions, and current digital health tools.

• Experience designing, conducting, and interpreting mental health research studies.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, particularly regarding AI’s impact on patient care.

• Commitment to advancing responsible, ethical AI in mental health.
