Your Role:

As a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL), you will be the main POC for our top AI Labs customers and manage a team of PhDs/Professors to train frontier AI models, ensuring the highest standards in data integrity, scalability, and quality. You will oversee the design and execution of workflows that structure, optimize, and manage large-scale data pipelines. This role requires an analytical mindset, strong technical expertise, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives that support AI model development and performance.


What You'll Do:

  1. Own the project end-to-end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely happy.
  2. Own and manage data pipelines, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  3. Manage a team of human data managers & leads reviewing the tasks of experts.
  4. Communicate directly with top AI Labs on massive projects.
  5. Work with human data engineers to define and manage KPIs.
  6. Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact.
  7. You will report directly to our CEO and Head of Human Data.


What We're Looking For:

  4. Strong background in data operations, engineering, or computer science.
  5. 2+ years in a leadership role, driving operational processes, managing large-scale data projects, or optimizing workflows.
  6. Passion for building from the ground up, identifying inefficiencies, and executing solutions rapidly.
