Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Software Developer — AI Quality & Testing to join our customer’s team and drive quality across AI-powered web and mobile applications. This role blends strong software engineering skills with a quality-first mindset, focusing on testing, evaluating, and improving next-generation AI products—especially video generation tools.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product reliability, uncover edge cases, and contribute to both development and quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Test and evaluate AI-driven web and mobile applications for performance, usability, and robustness.
2. Design and execute effective test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of features and edge cases.
3. Contribute code in TypeScript to support feature enhancements, prototypes, and testing tools.
4. Identify, reproduce, and document bugs with clear root cause insights.
5. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
6. Analyze user feedback and product behavior to identify improvement areas.
7. Support and improve testing processes, including automation and best practices.
8. Work across teams to ensure smooth product delivery and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. 1-3 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in TypeScript / JavaScript.
2. Experience in testing web/mobile applications with a strong eye for detail and edge cases.
3. Portfolio of self-built projects (mandatory) demonstrating hands-on development skills.
4. Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
5. Ability to work with and navigate complex codebases.
6. Strong debugging and analytical skills.
7. Excellent communication skills for documenting and reporting issues.
8. Interest in AI tools and platforms, especially video generation technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with testing frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or Jest.
2. Exposure to AI-based or video generation products.
3. Background in QA, automation testing, or product quality roles.
