Job Title: Junior Electronics Simulation Engineer (NgSpice)

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize NgSpice to simulate electronic circuits and analyze results for AI training datasets.
- Collaborate with the customer’s team to ensure simulations align with project requirements.
- Document simulation parameters, methodologies, and key findings with clear and concise written communication.
- Review and validate the accuracy of simulation results, identifying potential improvements or anomalies.
- Translate technical outcomes into actionable insights for AI model development.
- Provide feedback on simulation challenges and propose potential solutions or enhancements.
- Engage in regular discussions to communicate progress and share expertise with multidisciplinary teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic proficiency in NgSpice and electronic circuit simulation concepts.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and detail.
- Proven ability to document technical processes and outcomes effectively.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a diverse team.
- Detail-oriented approach to simulation validation and data quality assurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting AI or machine learning data projects.
