Job Title: IT Consultant Integrity and Law Operations | BGC (Once per Week Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Hybrid – Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines (Once per week onsite in BGC)
Job Summary:
Join our team as an IT Consultant for Integrity and Law Operations, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring robust risk management, compliance, and governance across IT processes. You will be instrumental in shaping best practices, maintaining ISO certifications, and supporting legal and integrity-related IT projects in a dynamic hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support IT Risk and Retention Operations to ensure data integrity and legal compliance.
- Develop, document, and optimize IT compliance and governance processes, aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and process flows for audits, ISO certifications, and internal reviews.
- Drive end-to-end project management and oversee successful implementation of IT initiatives related to integrity and law operations.
- Manage change processes across IT operations, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption to business activities.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring continuous alignment with integrity and law objectives, and performance against SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement within IT operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT Risk and Retention Operations, especially within compliance-driven environments.
- Strong background in IT Compliance and Governance frameworks, with hands-on exposure to ISO certification processes.
- Exceptional technical writing and process documentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid project management expertise with end-to-end implementation experience.
- Demonstrated skills in change management and effectively guiding teams through transitions.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
